In addition to Northern California being world-famous for being the location of the magnificent city of San Francisco, the San Francisco Peninsula, Silicon Valley, and the Gateway to Asia, there is so much more to Northern California. There are the mountains, the rugged coastline with towering mountains that plunge to sun-swept beaches, Redwood Forests, sprawling vineyards, and quaint, time-capsule towns.
In addition, there are the natural wonders of several national parks, including the world-famous Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, and the Redwood Forests, all within driving distance of San Francisco and the San Francisco Peninsula. Also on the San Francisco Peninsula are the charming towns of Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Mateo, Atherton, Woodside, and many other towns nearby. With the mild climate, one can go surfing and hiking one day, and the next, ski or snowboard in the high Sierras. In the winter, the landscape is green and lush. In the summer, it is green and gold, ever-changing and one of the most, if not the most, beautiful landscapes in the world.
With the economic opportunities, educational opportunities, and natural beauty, the mild climate, could this be the best place in the world to live?
